Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you order from AURÉA. If something is not quite right, we are here to make it easy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Final-sale and discounted items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@aurea-store.net with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with simple return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
