Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery within the United States is 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to factors outside our control, such as customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours at support@aurea-store.net so we can update it before dispatch.
